Suitable for smaller-scale energy projects, requiring a minimum of 10 acres. These areas are strategically located within 1,000 feet of a Three-Phase Distribution Power Line and within 2 miles of a Distribution Electrical Substation.

Wholesale

Ideal for larger-scale energy projects, with a minimum parcel size of 200 acres. These areas are strategically positioned within 2 miles of a Transmission Substation and within 1 mile of 69kV+ Sub-Transmission Lines or Transmission Lines.
